   Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of health through fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the discomfort.

   I started my fitness training journey in 2010 helping teenagers to recover motor skills during their rehabilitation process due to drug abuse, later in 2012 after turning my focus into different modalities of martial arts, I became an instructor and helped conduct training programs as well as workouts and conditioning.

   Now, as a certified personal trainer, I strive to help you to achieve health, physical fitness and wellness. With a 100% personalized program, one on one coach and follow ups I will take you through your journey of restored health, achievement of your ideal physical fitness and lifestyle results.
